This room has a lockable entrance into Room 3: Botanical Room, allowing for the option of booking both rooms to form a family suite.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the common areas of the house, including the living room, kitchenette, parlor, dining room, 2nd floor smoking balcony, and first floor wrap around porch.
Complimentary coffee/tea and water provided. While we do not provide breakfast, the Beaver Street Cafe is located next door and is a favorite breakfast spot for the locals and our guests. (Cafe is open 7:30 am to 7pm. closed on Sundays)
Guests are also welcome to use the small appliances in our shared kitchenette (Keurig, microwave, mini oven/air fryer, refrigerator, toaster).

Hi Diane, You can get a full refund if you cancel more than 7 days before the check in date. 7 days or less are non-refundable. Thanks, April

We are booked from 08/21/25 – 8/25/25 in the Twin Room #1268
We need to make a bit of a change. We would like to stay 4 nights, but we need 8/20 – 8/24. I notice online that 8/20 may not be available. If not, I will need to cancel 8/25.
Please let me know if this is the case, and I will need to give you a credit card to refund the one night as my card was recently hacked.
